By signing below, I hereby agree to the following:

All classes are reserved and paid through an online booking system. 

 

Classes are conducted in a heated environment.  

 

If you have a medical condition that could limit your ability to participate in this activity, please consult a doctor. You are assuming all risk by signing below. 

 

Reservations must be confirmed. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will be credited to a future class. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class will not be refunded. 

 

All sales are final (for both classes and boutique purchases), and non-transferrable. Credit cards will be charged a 3% processing fee.

 

HOTHAUS is not responsible for bank overdraft fees that may occur for any returned checks.

 

Instructors are subject to change and classes are subject to cancellation without notice. Every effort will be made to provide as much notice as possible via email to notify you of the delay or cancellation. 

 

Please note that classes fill up quickly- if you find the class is already fully booked, please add your name to the waiting list. 

 

Safety is crucial. By signing below, you allow instructors to apply hands on guidance to help correct form and keep you safe during classes.

 

With physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the activities and assuming all risk, known and unknown, associated with the activity and the premises including without limitation any loss or theft of any personal property. You agree on behalf of yourself (and your spouse, all your children, personal representatives, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns) to forever release and discharge HOTHAUS and our owners, employees, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims or causes of action (known or unknown) arising out of the negligence of HOTHAUS, whether active or passive, or that of any of its affiliates, employees, agents, representatives or assigns. 

 

You are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. Clients are responsible for wiping down mats and equipment.

 

In order to enhance and ensure the best environment, we may take surveillance/photos in the studios.

 

Without prior approval from your instructor, you are not permitted to film our classes during the workout. 

 

You acknowledge that you have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability, and express assumption of risk and indemnity agreement. You are aware and agree that by executing this waiver and release, you are giving up your right to bring a legal action or assert a claim against HOTHAUS for its negligence. You have read and voluntarily signed this waiver and release and further agree that no oral representations, statements, or inducement apart from the foregoing written agreement has been made.
